Monday, January 25th: 

Break into groups and rehearse their scenes for presentations. 

Worked with: Sadie, Oscar, Tyrone, Stephanie, Mayleth

Phrase: “Get out of my face!”

1^st Scene: Sadie wants to know if Oscar is a player.

2^nd Scene: Oscar wants to play but no one does because he is too little.

3^rd Scene: A cooking show. A temperamental chef, Tyron, fires all the other equally tempestuous chefs, and promotes Oscar, the custodian to top chef.

Performed today, but didn’t finish the third scene:

Marc, Ki, Shakhina, Arturo, Angie – “Just kidding! No offense!”

1.     Truth or Dare – girls keep calling 911 as a prank

2.     Shakhina is performing in a talent show

3.     King and Queen are abusing their servants by making them do pointless things.


Tuesday, January 26th: 

Redo:

“Just kidding! No offense!”

Truth or Dare: three obnoxious kids call the fire department as a prank.

Annoying King: the king is abusing his servants by making them do pointless, mindless tasks.

Thursday, January 28th: 

Students who have done scenes are writing their reflections while other students rehearse.

“I already told you!”

Three interconnected stories: a crazy sub takes over a class.

1^st scene: Sub becomes irrational when students correct him when he massacres their names. The cute girl plays along when sub hopelessly massacres hers.

2^nd scene: Students are clearly cheating on a test. Crazy sub fails all of them except the cute girl.

3^rd scene: Joan breaks up with the cute girl because everyone thinks she’s having an affair with the crazy sub.  Funny!

First Scene: Gia breaks up with Jelani for lying to her about not going to party.

Second Scene: Dad tries to discipline bratty daughter.

Third Scene: Jelani goes crazy when two girls bump into him at a mall.
