3rd Scene: Rude girls insult Eli who is a cashier at Burger King. He gets even by spitting in their food.

3rd Scene: Karla is upset and tells Verena to "Get outta here!"

Break into groups to do "Three Scenes and a Phrase!"

“Three Scenes and a Phrase”

You are going to break up into 7 groups of four or five.

You are going to, as a group, create a phrase. The phrase has to be at least three to six words. No profanity nor scatological nor sexual references. 

Examples of phrases: 

“Don’t cry over spilled milk”

“Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.”

“I want some food!”

“Why you touch my food?”

“That seems like a personal problem.”

“You getting on my last nerve!”

“You gotta stop boring everybody!”

“You better shut up!”

You are going to create a phrase.

You are going to create three different scenes all using the same phrase but each time in a different way.

Assign specific areas for your group to work

1^st thing you are going to do is write down the names of everyone in your group

2^nd thing you are going to do is come up with a phrase of three to six words

3^rd thing you are going to create three scenes using the phrase in three different ways.

First Group will be on the stage

After I approve it, then you are going to write out the ideas in a script form.

1^st Scene: At a restaurant and the check arrives and the friend says, “I got this!”

2^nd Scene: A friend spots her crush, says, “I got this!” then goes the crush and can’t talk.

3^rd Scene: A vase is broken at a party after a friend says, “I got this” and gets kicked out of the party.

1^st Scene: Two people fall in love at first sight.

2^nd Scene: There is a fire in the house caused by a stove

Please answer in complete sentences and incorporate the question in the answer. For example, I went to Millikin Middle School.

2.     Have you ever been in an acting class before?  If not in a middle school, where was the class?

3.     Have you ever been in a show before? If so, how many shows, what were they, and what did you do in the shows?

4.     Do you sing, dance, or write plays? If so, how long have you been singing, or dancing, or writing plays?

5.     Do you play an instrument? If so, please write which instruments you play, and how long have you studied.

6.     How many brothers and sisters do you have?  Are you the oldest, the middle child, or the youngest?
