Acting Exercise: Hollywood Murder Mystery

Hollywood Murder Mystery:
Create a short play that tells a story in 7 scenes.
Each scene must have a clear beginning, a middle and an end. You can separate the scene by using a "Blackout/Lights Up" or you can use other transitions, like a narrator, or a written sign, or singing, for example.

Each actor may play either multiple roles or play one character that appears throughout the play.

Each actor MUST appear in every scene, even if s/he does not say anything. For example, sometimes an actor can play an animal, furniture, a potted plant or any other scenic element.

Your scene must include:
Settings, scenery, location or modes of transportation created by the actors' bodies (cars, horses, camels, elephants, boats, etc.)
Sound effects created by the actors' voices
Music or singing
Dancing or some kind of choreography
A death
A romantic relationship
A surprise
A character who gets what s/he wants
A character who doesn't get what s/he wants
A wedding or a funeral
At least one animal played by an actor
A murderer
A victim
A detective
A chase
A conflict
A climax
A resolution

Examples:

1. Shawn, Kyla, Jess, Precious, George,
Shawn and Jess set George up for the murder of his wife, Jess. George gets sent to prison and Shawn and Jess run off to be married. Her friends, Kyla and Precious, are left to mourn their friend whom they think is dead.

2. Millenia, Cheyenne, Esteban, Sabrina, Michelle, Ashley, Amy, Doug
Ashley is the corpse at a funeral. Her friends are there for her funeral but seem pretty indifferent to her death. After everyone leaves, Ashley wakes up and finds out she is a zombie. However, things don't seem to go her way in zombie land for Doug and Esteban, who are zombie guys,  are not interested in her.
