March 6, 2017 - March 10, 2017 Weekly Agenda

Monday, March 6th: 
The grading period opens this Thursday and closes on Thursday, March 16^th. On Friday, you are going to turn in your folder and in your folder you need to have the following:

1.     Your script – you will get additional points if you have the original script

2.     Your copied script

3.     Your “Who-What-Where-When-How” (back story) of your script

4.     Your relationship with the other character in the script

5.     Your character’s history!

Today for your journal entry, please answer the following questions for your character’s history?

1.     What city or town is your character living in now? Describe it.

2.     Who are your parents? Describe them. What do they do for a living?

3.     Describe your home. Is it a nice house. Is it comfortable? Do you like it?

4.     Do you have any siblings – brothers or sisters? Who are they? Do you like them and get along with them? If you don’t get along with them, why not?

5.     What grade are you in school? Describe your school, your classes. What is your favorite class? Your least favorite class?

6.     Who are your friends? Describe them. What do you like about them? What annoys you about them?

7.     Do you have people you dislike? Why? Do they dislike you? Why?

8.     What is the central conflict you have in the story? What do you want to happen regarding the central conflict?

Tried to work with Anthony and Julio on “Back to Square One” – Julio said he had to go to bathroom and was gone for fifteen minutes.

Devon could not find script for me to work with him on his monologue.

Wednesday, March 8th:  

Work on the autobiography of your character

Work with:

Hannah – “Who Cares?”

Malia and Nathan – “Wave”

  Begin presenting tomorrow! 

Thursday, March 9th: 

Theatre Games: “I feel ­­­­­­­­­­_____________!"

Rehearsed:

“Wave” – Malie and Natha

Rehearse for about ten minutes

Begin Presenting:

“Check Please” – Danny and Brianna

“Geniuses” – Stephanie and Brana

“The Disappearance of Daniel Hand” – Nikki and Emily

 

Friday, March 10th: 
 

If you have performed your scene, then your folder is due today with:

1.     Your printed script

2.     Your copied script

3.     Your who-what-where-when-how-why journal

4.     Your autobiography of your character

5.     Your character relationship with the other character

If you have not performed your scene yet, then please turn your folder in after you present your scene.
