Students worked together to do an improvisation about an event which occurs prior to the scene which causes the scenes to occur:
“Waves” – Malia and Nathan (nerdy best friends)
Helpers: Latija, Brana ( mean girls who used to be Malia's best friends in middle school who rejected her once they reached high school because she is too nerdy.

Gerrardo plays Rachel’s dad, the
mail carrier, who talks to Jaspreet when he arrives at the house to pick up his
daughter.
“Hanging Out!” – Naiya and Brana

Nikki: Drill Team Captain
Latija: Band Director
Malia: Mean teacher
Naiya and Brana go around the
circuit of all four people – the brats, the drill captain, the band director,
and the mean teacher – three times fast to get across the idea of a typical day
in their school year.
