Please get out a sheet of paper and answer the following questions about yourself so that I can get to know you better.

The title is “All About Me”

Please answer in complete sentences and incorporate the question in the answer. For example, I went to Millikin Middle School.

2.     Have you ever been in an acting class before?  If not in a middle school, where was the class?

3.     Have you ever been in a show before? If so, how many shows, what were they, and what did you do in the shows?

4.     Do you sing, dance, or write plays? If so, how long have you been singing, or dancing, or writing plays?

5.     Do you play an instrument? If so, please write which instruments you play, and how long have you studied.
